ORDERS OR CATERINGS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders and Catering can be placed over the phone at 281-300-2056
Tax and gratuity are not included in the catering prices quoted.

For catering or order bookings, we require a nonrefundable 50% down payment.


Catering booking are paid in full:

  • - For catering under $500, catering requests are due in full 72 hours (3 days) in advance. 

  • - For catering over $500, catering requests are due in full 7 days in advance.

    Cancellation requests:

  • For catering under $500, cancellation must be placed at least 72 hours before the event date.

  • For catering over $500, cancellation must be placed at least 7 days before the event date.

  • For full-service buffets, event staff will be added as an extra charge of $50/hour per server.

    Private tastings are available for a fee for events of 100 or more guests. Please talk to our catering manager to learn more.

    25% taxable service fee will be added to any full service or Opa Yummy stations catering order. This fee covers liability insurance, admin expenses, event organization, set up, clean up and maintenance. Note that this fee is not a gratuity for your servers.

    For catered drop-offs, a Delivery Service Fee is added based on location.

    Our food options may contain, but is not limited to, gluten, nuts, and shells. For the best catering experience, it is the customer’s responsibility and is required to state and make us fully aware of any food allergies amongst their guests. Opa Yummy is not and will not be responsible for food related allergies or health complications.
